I had a great experience at Mike Juneau's. The following staff members should receive a well deserved 'kudos' for the exceptional personal service I received while at the dealership. John Doyle, my first point of contact via email, and who welcomed me to the dealership, and showed me the vehicle I was interested in. Martinis Hughes, who appraised my trade, and made the deal I was happy with for a new GMC Canyon. Martinis also was extremely accommodating as the Canyon had quite a few swirl marks in the paint. His comment was come-in and we will ensure you are satisfied with the removal of all the swirls on the paint. They did an absolutely fantastic job, and I am extremely picky about my vehicles. Eric Lundquist in finance was having issues with the computer program, and he apologized relentlessly. So to Eric, no foul, because in the end I left a very happy customer. I further appreciate the time of James Walker who walked this technologically lacking senior through setting up my phone and introducing me to some of the amenities offered in the Canyon. Mr. Juneau, I will say without reservation, the staff that assisted me were very professional and yet down to earth, with their sole purpose of ensuring I was delighted with my experience and vehicle. In closing, the tenure of several of your employees fifteen, twenty years is a true testament of the culture you have at your dealership. I just wish I would have brought my business to you years ago. There is no need to tell me how proud you are of your staff, moreover what they think of you as an employer, because it is self-evident. I had a transmission flush completed one to two months prior. One morning I noticed a big puddle of transmission fluid on the ground under my vehicle in the garage. Mike Juneau took the vehicle and did tests for a few days and did not find any leaks or low levels on oil or transmission fluid. Mike Juneau always provides excellent service on all of my vehicles. I did a little further reading and there are other possible locations where the transmission fluid may have come from that may not be detectable. This is more of an intermittent issue so it is not easy to troubleshoot if there are no current symptoms. I will continue to monitor.
