No pressure, good explanation of issue with video attached. Just have an item that hasn’t been addressed two visits in a row

Tre was super. He was very knowledgeable about the Buick Envision. Took time to explain all aspects of our new car and physically showed and demonstrated the features. Randy also added to the positive experience of buying our new Buick Envision.

I went in for my normal routine oil change and tire rotation. As always I was greeted by all the staff members. Such a wonderful place to spend an hour. Always treated like family. Thank you team

On time, great service

After having an oil change and tire rotation, my Buick Enclave which has a light colored interior, was delivered to me with grease on the center console, on the side of the door, on the door handle, and even on the bottom kickplate. My service writer was willing to take the vehicle back and have the grease removed, but literally asked if it was on there when I brought it in, and my response was, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?" Anyone that knows me at Mike Juneau knows how well I take care of my vehicles, so this angered me very much. It does make me wonder what kind of job was done on my oil change and tire rotation. An example is that the tire pressure when looking at my gauges, was 39 PSI and should be at 35 PSI. Very disappointed in this last service on my vehicle.
