I had a transmission flush completed one to two months prior. One morning I noticed a big puddle of transmission fluid on the ground under my vehicle in the garage. Mike Juneau took the vehicle and did tests for a few days and did not find any leaks or low levels on oil or transmission fluid. Mike Juneau always provides excellent service on all of my vehicles. I did a little further reading and there are other possible locations where the transmission fluid may have come from that may not be detectable. This is more of an intermittent issue so it is not easy to troubleshoot if there are no current symptoms. I will continue to monitor.

The discount coupon I presented at check-in was never applied to my final bill. I still have not received the corrected amount. When I got in my vehicle there was grease on the steering wheel and on the driver's side door handle. I take pride in keeping by vehicle clean and this is not acceptable. I expect better when I take my vehicle in for service.

Your service personnel are the best: Kevin, Tim and Colin are top notch and are always looking after your best interests. The mechanics are great - have never had a “re-do”. They are why we are loyal customers. Merry Christmas.

Everything went great, their waiting area was clean and comfortable. It took a bit longer than I expected or was told that it would. I also didn't see a parts counter where you can buy GMC merchandise, but I didn't ask either.

I truly appreciate how helpful and easy to work with the service team is. They communicate clearly, keep me updated promptly, and consistently deliver excellent service without any issues.
