I'm disappointed because the issue I took my car in for twice has not been resolved. I tried to reach out and haven't received a response. Communication was mostly good, minus the time we had to reschedule last minute after me trying to confirm the appointment 3 times days leading up to the appointment.. on a day where we had to switch cars. I stopped in previously to get information on tires and make an oil change appointment. When I showed up at 7:30 for my oil change I was never enter into the computer. They still changed my oil but I waited for an hour and 45 minutes.

I was quickly greeted at arrival but had to wait several minutes for a previous customer to finish. Kevin then took care of things quickly. I waited about an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation - I had an appointment so I would have thought it shouldn't have taken that long.
It took 3 phone calls to get a call back for service. If a mechanic took that car for a drive in a timely fashion, and it took 4.5 hours to find a solution, I have very little confidence in your service department if there was something really wrong with my car. My 4x4 light was engaged and it was driving choppy in the lower gears. I'm not a mechanic but that strike me as something like that should take 4 hours.
Easy transaction no pressure or over sell would recommend to others. Will be back come service time

Was concerned breaks needed fixing but took to another place & confirmed breaks were fine & didn't need replacing

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Dropped the vehicle off for a body shop estimate and then they called for $175 estimate to investigate suspension damage & wanted another $175 to estimate the evap system damage because it had a check Engine light on. I declined the diagnostic fees. Then they called me back and said they are unable to estimate the body damage work on my 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo SS. They told me to go to another body shop. I got a great deal on a previously driven certified vehicle. The dealership was an hour and a half from my house. When I decided to buy the car I had to get a ride up there and let them know I was coming from a long distance. All the paperwork and my car we're ready to go when I got there. The deal went smooth and quickly and I drove out of there confident that I bought from the right salesperson at the right dealership!

I brought it in for a leak. It was some issue that was from the manufacturer. I was given a loaner and my car was repaired and I requested an oil change. I was surprised my car wasn't washed at all.
Lack of communication. I was waiting. Nobody came to talk to me about fixes or when car was ready
Service was completed as discussed .however the use of mailed coupons left in the car was not done .
In addition,GM card with $250 promotion was not given and had to push the issue to get refunded
And I had to pay a 3% CC FEE OF $130 to use the card to get the rebate!Very frustrated .
And the car wash cleaning was not very good at all.
Colin did his best to get me the $250 back but had No control over the credit card fee and coupons
